2005 WSOP Event # 13: $5,000 No-limit Hold Em

The year of the pro continued, as legendary player T J Cloutier won Event # 13 at the 2005 WSOP – $5,000 buy in No Limit Hold Em. Again the final table for this event was packed with known players, as professionals Gavin Smith, Todd Brunson, Tony Ma, and John ‘World’ Henigan all made the final table. This one was for the old guys though, as all time poker character John Bonetti took third place, and Cloutier won a nice prize of $657,100. TJ added another bracelet to his collection, and enhanced his reputation as one of the greatest tournament players of all time.
