The Tequila Goddess at TI

It’s not hard to find a goddess serving up a stiff drink in Sin City—but this isn’t just any chica caliente. The Diosa Tequila (Tequila Goddess) at the Isla Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar is more knowledgeable about liquid Blue Agave than you can imagine. The bar offers more than 90 different types of Tequila, and the sexy goddess dressed in a lacy black corset and a long sarong, personally offers you tequila based cocktails made with fresh-squeezed juices and fruit purées. The restaurant is the latest gem from Chef Richard Sandoval, who has some star factor from his previous creation Pampano (New York), which Esquire named one of the “best new restaurants in America” in 2003.

Hours: Restaurant — 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Daily

**Jen’s Vegas Travel Tip**

The house specialty is the Margarita del Sol, made with fresh lime and orange juice. Non-tequila drinkers can enjoy a Blackberry Mojito, Mexican Cucumber Martini and a Pineapple Mojito. Note: Don’t miss the tableside guac.
