Spamalot’s John O’Hurley To Visit Clark County Library
He is currently earning rave reviews for his role as King Arthur in “Monty Python’s Spamalot” at the Wynn Las Vegas. But John O’Hurley is not only an accomplished actor, singer and dancer, he is an author, as well. Last November, O’Hurley released “It’s Okay to Miss the Bed On the First Jump,” a book he wrote about life lessons learned with his canine companions.
On April 19, the author will make a free appearance at the Clark County Library, as part of their April “Big Read” promotion. He will read from and discuss the book with those in attendance, starting at 7pm. Presented in conjunction with Hudson Street Press, a book signing and reception will follow the talk. Books will be available for purchase at the door.
I saw O’Hurley last November on a promotional tour for this book and I can tell you, as funny and charming as the book is, O’Hurley is even more so in person.
The event will take place in the main branch of the library, located at 1401 E Flamingo Rd (just east of the University of Las Vegas campus). For more information, please visit the Clark County Library website or call them at 702-507-3400.
