Casino Lingo: Action
“Action” refers to the amount of money being spent. It can be what you’re spending on one game or what you spent during you whole visit. Action also refers to the amount of money that any one casino game is pulling in per shift. Often the comps you receive, or how well the casino “rates your play,” is dependent on your level of action. Naturally, the higher your action, the quicker you’ll raise your comp status.
