Next Las Vegas First Friday: February 3

It’s been awhile since we’ve mentioned First Friday here, so in advance of the next one coming up soon, we’ve got a few posts today which highlight things to see and do in the hip Las Vegas Arts District. There are two trolleys that loop through the district on First Friday, making stops at seven art galleries and cultural centers along the way. The trolleys run about every 30 minutes from 6:00 – 10:00 p.m.

In honor of Valentine’s Day, this month the first 500 people to visit the First Friday information booth with their latest fling will receive an “I Love First Friday” t-shirt designed by Las Vegas artist Jerry Misko. And at 6:00 p.m. a mystery couple will participate in a Rocky Horror style wedding on the Land Rover stage on Colorado Boulevard. Performing on the stage after the wedding are bands: Monroe, Asbury and RayGunRiot.
