Donny Osmond Performs At The Orleans
It must be difficult growing up in the public eye, but nobody has done it with more grace than Donny Osmond. Part of the Osmond clan that ruled the radio and television airwaves in the late 60s and throughout the 70s, Donny was the wholesome teen heartthrob with a voice of gold and a smile to match. His many hits include “Puppy Love”, “Let Me In” and “A Little Bit Country, A Little Bit Rock’n’Roll,” which was a hit with his sister, Marie. In the 90s, he ventured out into a successful career in musical theater, landing lead roles in productions such as “Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.”
The former teen heartthrob is now 48, but hasn’t lost his magic with his fans. He’s currently on the charts with both a recent cd, What I Meant To Say, and an autobiographical book, Life Is Just What You Make It, and he’s set to return to Broadway in September in the role of Gaston in Disney’s Beauty and the Beast.
Osmond will be in Vegas at The Orleans for a four-night engagement starting June 8, with a show that encompasses his entire musical career.
