“A Night For Amanda” at Forty Deuce
When Ivan Kane, owner of Vegas hotspot Forty Deuce, learned that an extended member of the club’s “family” was having financial problems due to a health concern, there was no hesitation in his mind something needed to be done. As a result, on March 29, the burlesque nightclub will host “A Night For Amanda.”
Amanda is the wife of houseband saxophonist Michael Brown, and the couple have been struggling with the treatments for her cancer for over a year now. The event will feature entertainment from the club’s signature burlesque show, as well as a silent auction featuring gift certificates donated from local businesses, including several Mandalay Bay restaurants.
Entry is a minimum donation of $10 and all proceeds from the door and auction will go to help the Brown’s rising medical costs.
