Craftsteak at MGM Grand Offers Summer Meal Deal Menu
Tom Colicchio made a name for himself in restaurant circles long before the reality show “Top Chef” made him a household name. Among his numerous restaurants, the popular chef has two outposts at the MGM Grand: the casual dining sandwich eatery ‘wichcraft and the fine dining establishment Craftsteak.
Dinner at Craftsteak can easily run to more than $100 a person, but to celebrate its five-year anniversary, the restaurant has put together a special summer menu that will be available starting this Monday, July 2, until September 15.
The menu is priced at $55 a person and includes the following options:
- Appetizer: quail, roasted red peppers or mixed lettuce salad
- Entrees: grilled Kobe sirloin, roasted chicken or sautéed Diver sea scallop
- Sides: sautéed corn, Yukon Gold potato puree or Shiitake mushrooms
- Dessert: chef’s selection of pasteries, ice creams or sorbets
This is a great chance to try out Craftsteak at a price that’s easier on the wallet. If you want to see the regular menus, they’re available at www.craftrestaurant.com.
