Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro – French
It is open for breakfast and lunch every day. There’s also a pastry counter opened daily from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. It includes a chocolate shop, a pastry shop and a traditional dining room. The pastries and chocolate shop offers chocolates, desserts, sandwiches and pastries. In the same area, guests can order crepes, coffee and home made ice-creams, as well as sorbets.
Mesa Grill – Southwestern
It is open for lunch (Monday to Friday) and dinner (daily), as well as for brunch (on weekends). Beijing Noodle No. 9 – Chinese
It is open from 11 a.m. daily (closes at 11 p.m. from Sunday until Thursday and at midnight on Friday and Saturday). The average entrée price is $15-25 per person and reservations are recommended. It is the newest restaurant opened at Caesars Palace Las Vegas and is a casual noodle shop. You can choose among traditional Chinese soups, dim sum, rice dishes and noodles.
Hyakumi – Asian
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner (from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.). The average entrée price is $25-40 per person. It offers fresh sushi as well as à la carte dishes including noodle soups. Restaurant Guy Savoy – French

The restaurant is run by Guy Savoy, one of France’s most revered and award-winning chefs. The restaurants most famous menu is The 10-course Menu Prestige, featuring dishes like silky Artichoke and Black Truffle Soup, Colors of Caviar and Crispy Sea Bass. Another popular menu is the TGV menu which features Marinated Tuna, American Prime Beef Tenderloin and Red Snapper.
Bubble Bar is located within the restaurant and offers a casual dining experience. You can try the “small plates” accompanied by champagne.

It is open daily from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. and the average entrée price is $25-40 per person. It features authentic Cantonese seafood, including abalone, shark fin and sea cucumber.

Serendipity 3 – casual/café
It is open daily and is the newest dining gem at Caesars Palace Las Vegas. It is a great choice for lunch and dinner, as well as for a quick dessert. It offers pastas, sandwiches and burgers and combines the tastes of Italy, Japan, France, Mexico and the United States. The best known treat at the café is the Frrrozen Hot Chocolate, which blends 20 different kinds of chocolate into an icy, rich cocoa flavor.

It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, from Monday to Friday (opens at 7 a.m, closes at 10 p.m.).
