Restaurants at the Palazzo
Whatever your culinary tastes are, there’s something at the Palazzo to please you. Some of the finest chefs in the world offer incredible dishes for the guests. The menus vary from casual and simple to elegant and luxurious. The casual restaurants are affordable, while the fine dining places are more expensive. Most restaurants serve dinner, but only several serve breakfast and lunch.
Fine Dining
Restaurant Charlie – Global Cuisine
Restaurant Charlie is ideal for those looking for a fine dining experience. It’s one of the expensive restaurants at the Palazzo and serves only dinner. It opens at 5 p.m. and it is recommended to make reservations.
Carnevino – Steakhouse
Carnevino takes the traditional steakhouse feel and transforms it into something unique, offering innovative Italian cuisine and excellent wines. The taverna and bar open at noon, and the restaurant opens at 5 p.m. It serves both lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate and it’s advisable to book in advance.
CUT – Steakhouse
CUT is an award-winning restaurant, with prices to match the reputation. It only serves dinner and it opens daily at 5:30 p.m. It caters for the true steak connoisseurs. The prime beef is served alongside mouth-watering dishes such as reamed Spinach with Fried Organic Egg or the Soft Polenta with Parmesan.
LAVO – Italian
LAVO comes from the creators of TAO (The Venetian) and draws its inspiration from ancient bathhouses. It serves Italian cuisine. The restaurant is open only for dinner and the prices are affordable.
Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro – French Steakhouse
The Morels French Steakhouse & Bistro comes with a true French brasserie feel as well as a spectacular view of the Strip. It offers a new dining experience by combining the classic steakhouse with other culinary aspects, such as a seafood bar. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate.
Table 10 – New American cuisine
Table 10 is the third Las Vegas restaurant from one of the world’s most renowned chefs, Emeril Lagasse and features New Orleans-influenced cuisine. It serves lunch and dinner and the prices are moderate.
SUSHISAMBA – Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian
SUSHISAMBA is one of the most interesting places to dine in Las Vegas, featuring influences from the Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisines. It serves brunch, lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate.
Woo – Pan-Asian
Woo features fusion cuisine, based on the Chinese cuisine but with Japanese influences and Californian ingredients. It serves lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate.
Zine Noodles Dim Sum – Pan-Asian
Zine Noodles Dim Sum offers the most authentic Asian noodle dishes and great dim sum in Las Vegas. It serves lunch and dinner. The prices are moderate and reservations are not required.
Casual Dining
Dal Toro Ristorante – Italian
Dal Toro Ristorante serves Italian cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in a stunning setting. The prices are affordable. It is located within the Lamborghini Las Vegas and is considered the only true Italian restaurant at The Palazzo.
Dos Caminos – Mexican
Dos Caminos captures the true essence of Mexico and brings it to the Strip. There are over 150 premium tequilas to choose from. It serves lunch and dinner. The prices are affordable and the desserts are to die for.
Solaro – American
Solaro is the place where the guests can enjoy a relaxed, casual atmosphere for breakfast and lunch. Incredible salads and tasty traditional breakfasts are offered. The prices are affordable and there’s no need to make reservations.
Espressamente Illy – Italian Café
Espressamente Illy offers a wide range of pastries and bakery selections, breakfasts, incredible salads and soups. For dessert, you should try the gelato (there are 54 flavors to choose from). The café is open from 6 a.m. until midnight.
First Food & Bar – American
First Food & Bar is the typical American bar where you can eat fries and burgers in the middle of the night. The prices are affordable and the menu features everything you want for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Bars
Double Helix – wine bar
Double Helix Wine Bar is located within The Shoppes at The Palazzo. It offers over 50 wines (by glass or half-glass), while the adjacent boutique offers over 300 different wines. To accompany the great wines, the bar also serves incredible dishes from celebrity chef, Emeril Lagasse. It is open daily from 10 a.m.

The guests staying at the Palazzo are welcome to try the restaurants located within the neighboring Venetian: Canyon Ranch Grill , which offers healthy spa cuisine, and the Grand Lux Café, which offers dishes from all over the world.
