Vdara Las Vegas

Vdara is a condo-hotel with a spa, a part of CityCenter, located on the Las Vegas Strip. It is one of the new generation properties on the Strip and has no theme. It was strictly built as a luxury resort destination. It doesn’t contain any casino either.

Don’t expect to find glitzy shows and a very colorful nightlife here either. There’s a lovely bar to spend the nights with friends but that’s just about it.

Vdara was the first tower at CityCenter and opened on December 1, 2009.

Number of rooms and suites

The 57-story tower offers a total of 1,495 residential units.

Suites have open floor plans featuring fully-equipped kitchens and modern technology. DVD-players and game consoles are the norm here.

General prices

Vdara is a luxury resort and the prices pretty much speak for themselves. All suites are non-smoking. The deluxe suites start at $159 per night and are the cheapest option, while the most expensive option is Two Bedroom Two-Story Penthouse Suite and starts at $659 per night.

If you book in advance, you’ll be able to save quite a lot of money; for example the Deluxe suite costs only $129 per night if you book 3 months in advance.

The prices don’t include the resort fee ($16.80 per day).

Restaurants

Vdara is home to only one restaurant: Silk Road Restaurant. The creator of Sensi in Bellagio has also created Silk Road. The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Reservations are suggested.

The breakfast menu includes blueberry and ricotta pancakes ($14), maple sugar waffles ($14), classic American eggs (22), tropical fruit salad ($9) and beverages such as espresso ($5 single). The lunch menu comprises fish (from $17), pasta (from $16) and sides (from $5).

Nightlife

Vdara is home to only one bar, called Bar Vdara which is excellent both to enjoy your morning espresso and your late night cocktail. The glamorous interior sets the stage for an excellent time spent here. Reservations are suggested.
