Vegas Dining News: Stratta Opens at Wynn, Taste of America Comes to Vegas
Stratta Opens at Wynn Las Vegas
Chef Alessandro Stratta is the man behind the popular Alex restaurant at the Wynn Las Vegas. This month, he is expanding his culinary claim upon the hotel with the opening of his newest restaurant, Stratta.
Taking over the spot formerly occupied by Corsa Cucina, Stratta also is an Italian trattoria, featuring a casual, down-to-earth vibe. In fact, the interior decor is even pretty much the same.
The menu, however, is very much a reflection of the award-winning chef’s culinary talents, featuring signature items like Wood-Fired Clams Casino, Bucatini Amatriciana, veal parmigiana, homemade pastas and six varieties of hearth-baked pizza. Entree prices range between $24 and $48, and the full menu is available online.
Stratta is open for dinner from 5:30pm until 11pm daily. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 702.770.3463 or 888.352.3463.
