MGM Grand Las Vegas
Overview: MGM Grand was once the casino resort for families. But that was back in the early 90s when they had an outdoor amusement park. Needless-to-say, it didn’t stick. Now they’ve gone all entertainment on us and cater to a younger market, when not overstuffed with conventioneers.
Price Range: Why not?
Shows: KÃ (A Cirque du Soleil production), La Femme
Bars/Clubs: Studio 54, Tabú, Teatro
Restaurants: Michael Mina’s Nobhill and Seablue, Emeril Lagasse’s, Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill
Known for….their Celebrity Chef restaurants, and high energy dance clubs.
The one thing…You have to check out their new poker room. It is big, has a wide variety of limits for players of all bankrolls, and has a private room that overlooks the sports bar. Their sign ups are organized on an electronic board, and it’s both easy to get in and fun to play here.
