Las Vegas Amongst Sweatiest Cities In the Country

This week, Old Spice released their rankings for the sweatiest cities in the U.S. and Las Vegas was ranked number two on the list. Phoenix is the only city they considered sweatier than here.

The company says their rankings are based on the average U.S. male/female height/weight, and the average high temperature for 2005 in each of the cities during June, July and August. They went on to say the sweat level was analyzed based on the assumption that the individual was walking for one hour.

Though Vegas offers a dry heat, compared to the humid climates like Florida, when summer temps climb into triple digits, it’s easy to see why people in Vegas sweat.
