I admit that this news story is not necessarily of interest to the general public, but I find stories like this to be uplifting. A lot of people can't imagine Las Vegas as a residential community, but plenty of people enjoy the amenities offered by the city. This particular park is going to be built in a part of town that is relatively new and growing.
