There are some fireworks that are legal in Clark County. In the past, these fireworks have been noted with the “safe and sane” label. The basic rule is that if it can shoot up in the air and goes “boom,” it is an illegal firework, punishable in fines up to $10,000 for a misdemeanor. Look into the latest laws before you buy.
