This weekly column takes a look at what other sites on the web are saying about Vegas, that I think might be of interest to you. If you have any good links of your own, please leave them in the comments.
- Did you hear that Vegas.com is now offering a Mastercard that earns its users points towards Vegas vacations? Carrie over at our sister site Business Travel Logue has details on this new credit card.
- VegasRy are two guys who recently visited Vegas. They have a few things to say about the Wynn elevators.
- Watch It Vegas has live video of the chocolate pudding wrestling that happens at Polly Esther’s at the Stratosphere. Beware, the video is 22 minutes long and the wrestling can be a little NSFW.
- Meanwhile, over at RawVegas.tv, they have a video report live from the red carpet grand opening of the new Fever Show Club at South Point Hotel and Casino.
- The Review-Journal reports that legitimate brothels outside of Clark County may now legally advertise in Las Vegas. Great, more porn slappers to dodge.
- And finally, Robin Leach, fresh from attending Wolfgang Puck’s wedding in Italy, says the Silverton has a new Player’s Club promotion offering a $3 million treasure hunt in the casino’s 117,000-gallon aquarium. Don’t worry, you won’t get wet. The Silverton mermaids do the actual diving for you.
